The lightweight and versatile GRM base is designed without side reinforcements to limit the overall weight of the Roll Container. This base is made up of 3 transverse flat bars and a galvanised wire top. It has a load capacity of 300 kg.
The Standard base is sturdier, with a load capacity of 400-600 kg (depending on the type of wheels). Its structure is supported by a box-type frame, which is positioned at a 45° angle to the base plate for greater strength and stability. The top of the Standard base consists of a metal grid welded to the structural box.
The reinforced base version, with reinforcement angles to contain the pressure that the side panels exert on the base, is designed for greater strength and durability This base, which is called ‘Reinforced‘, therefore allows for maximum stretching of the safety straps on the load without fear of damaging the roll container.
The Reinforced base is composed of a box structure arranged at a 45° angle to provide superior resistance to weight and stress.
